Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept physical returns under any circumstances. All refunds are handled without requiring the item to be sent back, to minimize unnecessary shipping, environmental impact, and customs complications.
Outside the EU — Change of Mind
If you received your order and simply do not want the product:
- You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item
- Refunds are handled through our Destroy for Refund process — the item must be rendered unusable
- Clear photo or video evidence of destruction is required
- Once approved, the refund will be processed
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
EU customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
- You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order
- Physical returns are not required — we will issue a refund without asking you to send the item back
- No destruction is required

Wrong or Defective Items (All Customers)
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement free of charge. Photo or video evidence may be requested for verification.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, minor cosmetic variations, or requests submitted outside the stated timeframes.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us before opening a chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized disputes may result in account restrictions.
